Ladonia’s Ministry of Undisclosable Purpose makes the Iraq War much more comprehensible.

Bonus points if you can identify the source of the font used in this image and explain why it’s so entirely appropriate.
An excerpt:
History tells us that the price of freedom is sometimes death, and we are going to help people to pay that price, so that they may be free.
FROM THE DESK OF THE MINISTER FOR UNDISCLOSEABLE PURPOSE:
Many thanks for your kind mention of our ministerial website. You can be sure that your nuanced and perceptive understanding of our message – and indeed our font – has been duly noted on our computer systems, and, when the time comes, will not (we assure you) go unrecognised.
We share your belief that if more of the world’s people truly understood the force and meaning of the “war on terror”, the world might be a very different place. We shall continue to work towards this happy end.
Be seeing you,
Manny Neira
Minister of Undisclosable Purpose
