You might have noticed an image just above this text. You might also have noticed that it changes each time you load (or reload) a page.

Certain of you might further notice, eventually, that some of these pictures include—you. I figure, since this is my journal, and several of you folks are part of my life in one way or another, it stands to reason that you’d be a part of my journal too. I understand though that some of you might be a little web-shy, so two things to note:

• all pictures of real life people (well, besides a couple of me, and Jennifer and Suzanne of course) have been prettified in Photoshop in such a way as to make them not so immediately recognizable; and

• if it bothers you, I’ll pull em off. Just let me know.

  If the whole idea that you might be on the Wall o’ Fame freaks you the fuck out, just let me know and I’ll make sure any pictures of you get buried deep in a secure vault somewhere. If you’re just curious, load pages for a while and see what comes up. (If you get tired of loading, let me know and I can give you a link directly to your image(s).)

  At the moment there are 59 images in random rotation, with more being added as I run across (or take) them, so watch this space. I may be tweaking the size a bit as we go, but I’m really getting a kick out of it so far, and I hope you do too.
